Three cheers for your favorite local pizzeria opening a new location in Edmond! A little over a month ago we opened our fourth pizza place location, bringing our famous New York style pies closer to the Edmond community. Now you can enjoy tasty pizza and have a good time in the heart of downtown Edmond. To kick off this new opening, we want to introduce you to the best pizza in Edmond this month: “Fat Tony”. Haha nooo, I am not referring to your uncle down the street who sits in his recliner all day watching American Pickers. This, yeah THIS is MUCH better! What Is the “Fat Tony”?
If the Italian word ricotta doesn’t translate to glorious, fluffy cheese clouds in English, I’d like to speak to someone about getting that changed ASAP, because that’s exactly what ricotta is! A light, creamy, glorious fresh cheese. Okay, we get it. You love it, but why are you talking about ricotta cheese? Because that is what is dolloped all over the “Fat Tony”!! Ricotta cheese is what brings freshness and richness instantly to this signature pizza pie. Paired with this delicious cheese are Italian sausage and red onions. The caramelized onions add a lightly sweet and savory flavor, making this pizza absolutely mouth watering. These toppings are piled high on top of our golden brown hand-tossed pizza dough, leaving you with an unforgettable flavor.
Our vision behind the “Fat Tony” was to create a traditional pizza pie with a little spice. Of course everyone loves a traditional Italian sausage pizza, but we wanted to add the element of ricotta cheese to spice things up a little bit. By creating the Fat Tony we have done just that. This has to be my favorite pizza pie we offer, hands down! Once you bite into this delicious goodness, you won’t want to stop. Remember to be careful though, you don’t want to end up looking like your uncle Tony!

The pizza restaurant and bar was born in Oklahoma City, now with pizza place locations in downtown Tulsa, Nichols Hills and, of course, downtown Edmond. We serve New York Style pies and pizza by the slice. The daily pizza slice option is our most popular element. If you are not wanting to buy a whole pizza, you can buy individual pizza slices. This is perfect if you and your friends want to try a few different flavors or if you are dining by yourself and can’t throw down a whole pizza like I can.
We are open from 11am-10pm Sunday-Thursday and 11am-11pm Friday and Saturday. Making our pizza restaurant perfect for late night dining and rad jams all day long.
